Who is to blame really

By Ayshah

We have so many people especially young people (in Kenya a young person is between the age of 18-35) are migrating from rural areas to urban areas in such of greener pastures and this days parents are taking children to high qualify school within town thus undevelopment in rural areas. Recently in Kenya the Government has put a policy where pupils learning in private school in the lower levels will be given second options when enrolling to high school grade (Yet this are some of the best performing schools in the country) compared with their counterparts in public schools. Public school here are overcrowded in ratio of 2:1 pupils in class giving a hard time to the teachers to teach and make follow ups. Even if the government is proving free education, I believe also quality matters a lot right! Governments should also take into considerations the type of and quality they offer surely. What is happening in other countries do public school provide quality education, enough materials among others. Lets share
